Full Locked Coil Rope
This construction consists of layers of 'Z' shaped wires over a round wire core, producing a high fill factor cross section. The characteristic advantages of this construction are high modulus, high axial stiffness, extensive corrosion protection and proven tension-tension fatigue properties. The high fill factor, combined with the smooth external surface of the rope, imparts a high resistance to specific pressure which supports the use of clamps over the rope.
